Do you wholesale?
I've just started to wholesale. It is a minimum quantity of 6 per design at 30% discount. $150.00 minimum order plus postage. Retailers can contact me.
What kind of clay do you use?
I now use only Premo! or Fimo clay. I love this clay because it's very durable unlike the Sculpey I used back in the 80's and 90's.
How do repair a broken piece?
I use ONLY superglue GEL. Put a small amount on and secure together holding for at least 15 seconds. It should be fine.
My dog ate the ornament!
The clay is safe and non-toxic for children or pets.
Can I change a name after it's personalized?
I recommend not. You can send it back to me and I'll be happy to see what I can do.
What kind of pens do you use?
I use only an IdentiPen for black and a ZIG Painty pen for gold or silver. Do not use a Sharpie as it will bleed into the clay over time.
Why aren't you doing shows anymore?
After 20 years, I must say that I'm tired of setting up and taking down. Also there is so much competition with retailers now, that the overall craft show attendance over these last 5 years has really declined. I wanted to still offer all my customers my creations and I felt the web was the best way to do it.
How do I store them?
It's easy, just as you would your other ornaments. Just make sure you don't place heavy items on top of them. No problem storing in a basement or an attic.
Do you take special requests?
This year I'm concentrating on just keeping up with the basic web orders I get. The holiday season is very busy for me and it's really hard to do special orders. I am open to them at other times of the year - just give me a call.
I need an add-on for family ornament I purchased a while ago?
No problem, contact me or order on line and I'll send it out.
I have an ornament and some of the pieces are gone?
You can send it to me and I will re-bake a new piece for it. There will be a nominal charge plus the shipping. I can USUALLY restore any ornament.
How long will it take to get my order?
Usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
When is the last day to order to get Christmas Delivery?
I would say try and place your order by December 15th although I could be jammin' by then! Ordering earlier is BEST!
